Clover Store House offers FREE 2 to 4 weeks worldwide standard shipping on all orders. We work with artisans and craftsmen around the world to find the most unique products for you so your order may ship in multiple parcels from multiple locations.

How long does the shipping take?

Depending on your location, your order will arrive 2 to 4 weeks after it's been shipped. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, some countries we ship to have been experiencing longer customs clearance times. Unfortunately, Clover Store House cannot expedite this process so we would appreciate your patience. You can track your order any time on our Order Tracking page. Is expedited shipping available?

Expedited shipping may be available for certain products but for an additional fee. Send us a message below to inquire about the pricing for expedited shipping to your location.

 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & CANCELLATIONS

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to attach the receipt or proof of purchase. See our Return Policy for more details.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order on your Order Confirmation Page within 2 hours of it being placed. To cancel, click the View Order Status link in the order confirmation email we sent you. Then, select Cancel under Order Actions. We cannot guarantee your order can be canceled once the 2 hours have passed since we process the received orders. If your order has already been processed, you can return it for a refund once it arrives.

 

MY ORDER

When will I receive my order?

You should receive your order between 2 and 4 weeks after you receive a shipping confirmation email from us. If your order has taken longer than 4 weeks to arrive, you can track it on our Order Tracking page. Due to COVID-19, customs clearance has been taking longer than usual for certain countries. If your order shows as In Transit, it is still on its way and is not lost.

Can I make changes to my order?

We process and pack orders almost immediately after receiving them so please send us a message as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee your order can be changed once it's placed. If your order has already been processed, you can return it for a refund once it arrives.

What if I received a defective item?

Firstly, we're so sorry you received a defective item! Please request for a refund or a replacement through our Returns & Exchange Portal  and we will make it right.
